Challenge

  • iOS 14.5 caused significant data loss and missing sales in the Meta ads manager, leaving the Inspire Digital team with unreliable ad performance metrics.

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) tracking contained lots of duplicates and was missing conversions due to ad-blockers and VPNs, resulting in unreliable GA4 analytics.

  • Inspire Digital wanted to provide best-in-class tracking infrastructure for their clients, but found that this was infeasible using traditional tracking methods such as GTM.

Solution

  • Accurate conversion tracking and all sales visible in the Meta ads manager again thanks to Converge server-side tracking. No more duplicate or missing conversions.
