What you'll do

Ship product fully end-to-end.

From designing the system and data models to building the interface and polishing the experience.

Full autonomy on the solution.

We lead with context and trust you to build the best answer. Understand the problem, ship the fix.

Work directly with customers.

No middlemen, no week-long feedback loops. Talk to a customer, open a PR, ship the fix within hours.

What we look for

4+ years of full-stack experience.
Built products or large features fully end-to-end.
Comfortable across React, Python, Postgres, and Clickhouse.
Obsessive about quality, in both UX and code.
Prefer in-person work over remote.

$180K to $240K + equity
